Our retail location is a full-service bakery and a small market
full of gluten-free products. It is a dedicated gluten-free
facility!
Bread is usually the first thing people miss when
going gluten-free. Madwoman creates
breads that are
soft in the
middle
and crispy
on the
outside. Going the extra mile with our breads, we make most
varieties not only gluten free but also dairy free, egg free,
and vegan. They have just a tiny bit of sugar to activate the

We sell our breads in full and half loaves. They toast and
freeze well. It is always best to call to reserve your bread
so it is here when you arrive. We need at least 24 hours for
bread reservations (more if possible). Our breads come in a
variety of flavors:

Madwoman has rolls, buns, cookies, brownies, cupcakes, teacakes, cakes,
pies, scones, and a variety of other goodies to meet your bakery
needs. We bake with almond meal to keep the carbohydrates and
glycemic load low
for diabetics and low-carb dieters and increase nutrient content. (Retail

Madwoman makes Challah on special order. Our Challah does contain eggs
and is available plain, poppy seed, or raisin.
Along with the baked goods, Madwoman also makes quiche, panini sandwiches,
soup, meatballs, pizza, and Mad Meals to eat in or take home.
Our market includes gluten-free products from all over the world.
We have frozen food, cookies, crackers, pasta, sauces, snacks,
cereals, gluten-free certified oats, baking ingredients including
our gluten free
all-purpose flour blend, our awesome pancake mix, alternative
sweeteners, books, enzymes, etc.
Our online store products are a subset of our retail store.
At our retail location, we have many more items that cannot
be shipped safely.
